Whether it's a slow leak that's been eating your subfloor for weeks or a flooded basement at 2am, our Kiester crews are already moving. Our Kiester-based teams arrive with truck-mount extractors, moisture meters, and drying gear staged and ready to go.
Hirex Water Damage started because homeowners in Kiester, MN kept telling us the same story: a national hotline picked up, put them on hold, and then subcontracted the job out to whoever was cheapest and closest. Every technician on our Kiester roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our senior technicians are IICRC-certified and have worked everything from a clean supply-line break to a full sewage backup, so Water Damage Repair in Kiester isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We carry full general liability coverage and are licensed to operate throughout Kiester, MN, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a Kiester, MN warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Ask any Kiester property manager who has dealt with a burst supply line at 3am — the difference between a crew that shows up ready and one still loading a truck at the shop is measured in gallons of water soaking into your subfloor. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Kiester call at a time.
Not every leak announces itself with a flooded floor. A lot of the worst damage we see in Kiester started small and got ignored for weeks. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If any of that sounds familiar, don't wait for it to get worse — call our Kiester line and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a same-day emergency or something we can schedule.
We size the Kiester response to the actual damage — a single-room extraction gets a two-person crew, a commercial loss gets the full fleet — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Our Kiester units run truck-mount extraction pumps that pull thousands of gallons per hour, cutting standing-water time from days to hours. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Once water is out, we bring in commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers, positioned using psychrometric readings rather than guesswork, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For families in Kiester, this covers flood-cut drywall removal, subfloor evaluation, and packing out salvageable belongings for cleaning, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Kiester businesses and property managers get a dedicated project lead, after-hours crews, and equipment scaled to square footage rather than a single-crew response — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Blackwater losses in Kiester get handled under strict Category 3 protocol: containment, PPE, antimicrobial application, and documented disposal of contaminated materials.
We apply antimicrobial treatment during every Kiester drying job specifically to head off mold before it starts, and we'll flag any area that needs deeper remediation.
You get a written estimate before any equipment runs, not a mystery total handed to you after the fact.
Local staging inside Kiester, MN means Kiester response times usually beat the national average by a wide margin.
Our paperwork is built to match what adjusters expect, and we'll speak with your insurer directly on your behalf.
We don't call a job finished until the moisture meter agrees, and if it doesn't, we return at no additional cost.
Tell our Kiester dispatcher what's happening — we'll ask a few quick questions to send the right equipment on the first trip.
Our nearest available Kiester crew is dispatched immediately with truck-mount extraction gear on board.
Extraction happens immediately, followed by a moisture survey that tells us precisely where the drying equipment needs to go.
We don't close the file until the numbers confirm the structure is dry, and you leave with full photo and moisture documentation.
We measure moisture with instruments, not guesswork, and we won't sign off on a Kiester job until those readings match the dry standard for the materials involved. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
That's not a marketing line — it's written into every Kiester work order we issue. If a second visit is ever needed, it comes from the same crew that handled the original job whenever scheduling allows, since they already know the property and the readings we started from.
